Hello Phill as for the error correction i think it means only when you
first connect to a system and you modem will self adjust to what ever
your speed of the modem and what the speed of the modem you connected to
But I`m not 100% sure of that.
If you get any errors while downloading it at least on my end it usually
just line noise which i get lots of at times. So i would just hang up
and try again and the noise usually is not there. Just try downloading
the file again but i usually delete the first attemp then try it again
but i think if you where just to download over the files that you got
the error it might correct it self but like i said i always delete the
bad one first then try again just to be on the safe side. I`m sure you
will get lots of replys here so just keep reading. There are more
