The six phase part I underrstand.  Cam driven contacts even at 50 cycles
is a bit much.  Getting them adjusted to zero crossing must've been a
BEAR!  Nah, you're having me on......

Mine too!  The very concept of viewing the moon from your perspective
makes smoke come out my ears!  I'm recently having a very difficult time
rresolving the moon's orbital shifts with what I see off my back porch!
Even a highly informative article in a well respected Scientific
magazine didn't improve my understanding.  Even confused it further
because it said that soon in certain parts of the world the moon simply
would never RISE!  I rather expect your part may BE one of those places.
Obviously electron flow is vastly different in OZ......
