THE HARD DECISIONS. - G-OS BBS
As of Midday, Saturday October 19th, this system will cease to exist as a
Bulletin Board. There has been a major drop off of users, certainly of those
prepared to pay the small subscription for the year to keep the system
operating.
This decision has not been taken lightly. It will mean that some other system
will have to take over importing the GEOWORKS echo from the USA, and gating
COMP.OS.GEOS from the Internet.
My needs have changed, and the running of a Bulletin Board Service is no
longer a necessary part of those needs.
I thank you all for your support over the last five years, and bid you 
oodbye
as a Sysop.
