Well, it is busy all summer long, but if you have an annual pass, you
can go there in the evening for a few hours, and not have to spend all
day there with the crowds.  Most people get there first thing in the
morning, so by the end of the day, their tired out, and want to get
back to their house/hotel.

Well, you get a special number you can call to get park info and such,
you get a schelude of park hours for 3 months at a time, and they offer
discounts (sometimes) for some things at the parks and such.
Plus, with the Annual Pass, you don't have to pay for parking.
