From what I remember it's a pretty expensive book, it's used by dealers, it 
basically gives you all of the programming instructions for just about any 
phone that's out there. The name of the company is Curtis but I don't 
remember where they're from. A search on the web may turn up some info or 
stop by a cellular dealer, most likely they have a copy and they may let you 
take a peek at it.
