Drop me a line if any of the alternate FILES.BBS manager recommendations
can hold a candle to FEBBS.  I used quite a few before it and no others
since, in spite of its limitations on description length (which I think are
harkening back to the Max 1.x or 2.x limit of 512 characters...the 1024
bump came later).
