It should be available on Hobbes, maybe a later version than I'm using.
There's also a PM version that works with the same registration code,
but I never bothered with that, since I'm happy with the one I'm using.

The version I'm using is available in my BBS, though not registered.
Also, I think that I have the authors net- or internet address, that may
have changed from the one shown in the doc's.

There's also an "ICE" version, IIRC.
