No thank you.  I am on record as being against frl-1004.002 and any of it's
incarnations as it is obvious corruption of the utc offset as per real world
standards (ISO 8601).  Whoever wrote or supports that document and/or any of
it's incarnations should be taken out back for a grand tour of the woodshed.
