For someone who claims he has deselected this echo, you sure do start a
lot of new threads.

TR> I never `pronounced' any such thing. You are picking up the habit of
TR> your `friend' up in Sheboygan of attributing statements to people they
 TR> never made.

 WC> Nope.
WC> I'm speaking precisely to what YOU said.

Fakse. See Tim's reposts to see "precisely" what he said. Easy to spot
that Tim made a minor mis-statement in there. Paul Rogers pointed it
out to him, and Tim acknowledged. Ordinarily, end of story. But not
for you.

TR> We will ignore that you are dragging stuff from another echo in here,
TR> and just go right to the meat of the situation.

WC> Dude, you are the one that dragged into the other echo looking
 WC> for trouble.

False. There is _nothing_ in Tim's post which indicates he was "looking
for trouble. You, dragging this into this echo, are the one looking for
trouble. You are doing _exactly_ what you now accuse Tim of doing.

WC> I notice Cassell didn't respond to you there, exactly as I predicted.

False, as shown by R. Cassell. AAMOF, based on the timestamps and with
Tim on PDT and Ross C. on EDT, Cassell responded within an hour.

TR> In the LINUX echo (as in a few other echoes) you were whining and
TR> crying about your current `computer' problems.......and something you
TR> said caused me to recall a time I put three RAM chips into a mother
TR> board, and the computer started acting squirrely. When I took one of
TR> the chips out...the problems disappeared.

 WC> Well, you're an idiot.

False. There is _nothing_ idiotic in Tim's above paragraph. The
discussion already in the echo had pointed to a possible memory problem,
and Tim's post pointed out that he had had a memory problem associated
with mixing memory sticks from different sources.

TR> I suggested this as a *possible* solution to your computer problem,
TR> much in the same manner I offered to send you (for free) a 4 gig hard
TR> drive I'm on the verge of swapping out for a much bigger drive.

WC> Dude, three DIMM banks, three DIMMS.
 WC> Do the math.
WC> 384 - 128 does NOT equal 512 which is precisely what you claimed.

Again, Tim made a minor error in another echo, which was pointed out to
him and he acknowledged it there. By dragging it in here and making a
big deal out of it like this, you just show yourself to be a petty
person.

... Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're _not_ out to get you.
