what is the modem called ? and what is the software that does this ?

I have a simiar tpye of modem, with timilar software, but the software
has heps of bugs in it, and I can't really set it up so iy answer modem
calls, all it can do is fax and answerin machine.

I have a phone blster 2.88, with the software that came with it, not
very good :(
