Of course it is.  Pols from both parties do it.  The war on terrorism is
the about the only issue on which the Republicans have a chance to win this
November (look for at least one "Orange" alert before November to
scare the voters), so they're naturally going to press it.  They'd be
stupid not to.   *adh*
