Do you still have a [web] section in your 'ctrl/modopts.ini' file?  This error
means that the script was unable to read that section.

Do you have either a [WebSocketTelnet] or a [WebSocket] section in your
'ctrl/services.ini' file?  This error means that the script was unable to load
such a section.

This is (probably) unrelated to the other two, and I assume happening during a
QWK poll.
