Hello Mike,
The TSA, TSA410.nlm, TSANDS.NLM are all
used when running backup software, such
as SBACKUP and ArcServe to properly
restore long file names. If it's
Netware 3.12 or 4.10, then it's
OS/2 Name space files. In the
case of Netware 4.11, it's LONG
name space files. The NLM's
are needed for server to server
copy jobs of long files as well,
otherwise, even if both file servers
have long name spaces loaded,
the files will arrive truncated
to 8.3 format, and thus,
any SMS compliant backup
software will work properly.
Sincerely,
Alex G
