CTRLINFOECHO none

Would be the proper configuration in Golded. This will allow SBBSecho to do the
work, and put both the tearline and origin line in your outgoing messages.

FYI, you can disable the SBBSecho tearline in ECHOCFG as well. Depending on
what you want your tearline to actually say. With this being done, your Golded
config option should be modified:

CTRLINFOECHO tearline

With this done, it will use your Golded tearline, and SBBSecho's origin line.

Please also see CTRLINFONET and CTRLINFOLOCAL keywords to specify those areas
as well. Both of these should probably be set to "none" as well, since you
don't need tearlines and origin lines in either of these.
