You'll have to direct me to "... pepper spraying in Canada."  I must have
missed it ... especially the APEC incident in Vancouver, B.C. in Nov 97 ...
although I did notice there's a summary of other human rights concerns.

You mean Vancouver Island is not part of B.C.?  :)  Victoria has an awful
reputation for its position on sewage treatment ... yet is known for a good
many demonstrations re: environmental concerns.  I say: If you want to be
taken seriously, your behaviour had better be an exemplary illustration, OF
the views you would have others adopt.
