I don't specifically know if there is a NFB Chapter in your county, but
there probably is.  I think there are something like 53 chapters in your
state.  You could also check 1-800-555-1212 directory assistance to see if
there is a toll-free number for the nfb of south carolina.  Some states, not
many, but a few, have such a number.
