FWIW, I get the impression from their adds in DDJ et al, that the US$199
offer is for the CD-ROM only version, ie the version with RRP of US$350. 
Supposedly, they're offering only 2 variations now: everything on CD-ROM
(incl docs), and everything on CD-ROM + printed docs.  So the US$199
version should include 16/32 bit DOS, 16/32 bit Windows, 16/32 bit OS/2 and
Win NT.

If you find out different I'd like to know...
