GM OM.

	In W-10, you can change to any language. Click the small white window at
the very left of the taskbar, click on Settings, this will open up a menu,
full page. At the far left, bottom row, you will find a choice. Click on it
and you will be able to change the language for the whole OS. I tried to
change to French for a friend but got it back to English as it only changed
the OS language, not the rest of the apps.

	I would select US as a local to have proper change done. You do not have
to do all the work yourself ! Let me know what you get.
