You use the weekly nodelist formed by Z1C and binkp.net uses the daily nodelist
formed by Z2C. Z2C includes in his nodelist the information on Z1 nodes which
he obtains from Z1C. So if for some reason transmission of the information has
failed, your node is absent in the Z2 nodelist.
