You will need to get the polishing station inside the air conditioned house if you plan on getting anything done. The alternative is to use smaller polishers to do local work - probably about 2" diameter - and get the mirror sort of spherical (don't worry about small zone steps as a few moments on a full sized lap will wipe them out fast) and then go to the full sized lap. I'll note that working with CeO is a pretty clean operation so you can do it on any sturdy table inside (the bathroom vanity, which is usually screwed to the wall, will be an excellent choice for many reasons.
