Don't remember much of my RPL days, but what frame types are bound on the
server?  The RPL is probably broadcasting in either Ethernet_802.2 or 802.3.
Try binding both types till you find out which one it uses...

Is this the only server on the net, btw?  The boot rom attaches to the first
server it finds
and insists on getting it's boot image from there.
