I heard yesterday at a friends pet shop that a man by the name of Carlos was
busted by a Homstead breeder. It appears that he was stealing some birds and 
he was being filmed by a hidden camera the whole time. Way to go ! for the
breeder. It seems to me that a survailance system paid for itself in this 
case. Well. I just wanted to share these good news. One less crook on the
streets now.
