Forget it! Motor homes are insufficiently insulated for low powered
airconditioning. The weight, consequent loss of mpg and costS e.g. effective
insulation retrofitted would exceed the additional cost of simply keeping the
vehicle engine at a fast idle driving a standard auto a/c.
Minimum clothing, ventilation and a drafty fan would be my choice. Solar

capacity for mounting on a motor home would give very limited energy output.
