Hi,

Well my "Maximus" test system is built and I have just got Maximus 3.03b 
compiled and running on it.

Well after much head scratching, and the changing of permisions, I got it to 
run, just fine.

Can telnet to it, using WIN98 "telnet, putty also works fine, tho Linux 
telnet seems a bit slow. Especially after one enters ones password, on login 
to the BBS and again when one logs out, ie. says bye-bye.

Will make an attempt to connect to sourceforge later on and see if I have CVS 
working and can compile a newer version, which hopefully works better. :-)

Now to find my copies of Bink XE source code, and see how that goes, 
configure binkd, squish, also must see if I can get FastLst to compile and 
work here, then I should be ready to play, ... oops, forgot, TimEd, and 
MsgEd. :-)
