It's easy to believe, only about 1 person in 100,000 will go to jail for tax
evasion. Government always goes after people with deep pockets as in child
support.
This person should sell everything he has, put the money in a safe place in
cash or other ways not traceable and get a new identity.

But that doesn't include SS Disability as far as I know. And this person is
mentally disabled from "depression". He should check himself into a
hospital, preferable in a wealthy county where it's more like a country
club(paid for by the taxpayers of course) :o) then use the hospital records
when he applies for disability lol

File a motion to show cause. Write a nasty letter to the judge specifying
that you're writing to her in her individual capacity and tell her what you
think of her. She'll have to recuse herself from the case and will lose her
judicial immunity if she reamins and you decide to sue her for some
reason:o)
