subject: GCC for OS/2 version question

Wes:

The German File Distribution network just dropped a complete copy of GCC
3.2.1 ported to OS/2 (i.e. the OS/2 EMX port) on my system. Would this be
a reaasonable version of GCC to attempt to compile the Max / Squish code
with? If so, now I need to find a script execution that works with this
version of GCC (on OS/2), since the initial shell configure script won't
run on OS/2.... Hmmm.... Wonder if GNU make was included in that
binary.....

Grrrr.... The install routine needs something call REXXUTIL... and I'm not
finding that on my system.....

Take care......
