Kind of a contrasting message--the sour note on Corel, but the

Yes, Phil, it sure sounds as if Corel isn't winning any new
customers with this latest acquition's handling. It seems to me that
things have gotten so big one group doesn't communicate with another
on the same product! I saw that happen during my career in
electronics. In 1957 I was working for Space Technology Labs (STL)
in Manhattan Beach, CA. With 3,000 people we put up several of the
first moon satellites, and did a magnificent job working with space
associated problems that couldn't be imagined at the time. TRW Space
System Division was organized for political reasons from STL and
soon grew to 21,000 employees. We did great things too, Pioneer,
Viking, soft lunar landing, etc. But many a time there were snafus
because of the size of the company!
Seems to me the same thing is happing to the good ole U.S. of A!!!
