Hopefully having the "SEEN-BY" lines from Jack and yourself, plus a
capture of the "SEEN-BY" lines showing on message bases at my own
uplink, should give enough information for any troubleshooting.

Interesting.  I thought that Don Guy at 249/176 was the last FidoNet
node in Ottawa, but I haven't checked for ION nodes.  What I'm trying
to expedite is this link:  261/38 -> 249/100 -> 249/176

From the "SEEN-BY" lines, this should be simple, even if a little
manual intervention is needed somewhere along the line.  It's not as
if the AreaFix program et al are always foolproof, eh?
