Jean,

All dos tasks in a window, and any win tasks from console which
do not use a graphic interface have a pull down menu in that
little [drive]C:\ icon at the upper left corner. Left click it.

The cut, paste, mark, select all, and find commands are all found
in the "Edit" sub menu
