I am actually working on a concept for a race that embraces AI VERY
completely to the point that this race see's Zero difference in an
Biological or Synthetic (Built) intelligence. Sentient Computers and
androids are the norm there. I will try and post this soon.  they are not
federation members but it will be interesting I would think for the fed to
encounter them.

OK that's Earth.  What about the other 149 members of the Federation?

I agree with your assessment of Earth people and there attitudes.
 However what do other races bring to the table?  How do Vulcans reason
out the process for example?
