The Dave Matthews Band is a band of 4, and I'm not sure when they began 
writing and recording. But Dave Matthews is the leader of the band. Their 
music is a mixture of folk, pop, rock, and jazz.  I love everything about 
their music...it's sound, melody, rhythm, lyrics, instrumental 
compilation. Another really great 
aspect of the band is that they really take part in philanthropy work and 
donate proceeds of their concerts to national and local charities.  If you
