Hello All,

Pavel Gulchouck 2:463/68 informed us in RU.BINKD that there is a bug in Perl
5.28.* and 5.30.* because of which binkd may crash during rereading its
configuration file if embedded Perl of one of those versions is used. It
happens because when binkd rereads its configuration file, it restarts the Perl
interpretor and there is a problem with the restart. It should be fixed in Perl
5.32.2.
