i'm guessing this is a binkp connection... mystic has its own binkp
implementation... i don't know if it was written from scratch or borrowed
from another project (eg: taurus or radius)... there may be an
imlementation problem depending on which version of the binkp protocol is
being used with BBBS connections... IREX has a partial implementation of
some stuff and it wrecks havoc with others... mystic trying to work with
IREX could be leading to this with BBBS and possibly others...
