     I think a book on 3 would 90% apply to 5 also, as far as that
goes. I would just suggest that a Programming book may be the last
place to focus only on price. You might want to look at Alan Grivers'
Codebook first as a basis for comparison. You may also wish to know
Miriam Liskins' book on 3.0x was just released, maybe the best, saved
for last.
