Some things aren't recyclable, and regulatory/common sense precautions
against bloodborne pathogens such as HIV and hepatitis would warn
against trying to recycle used condoms at any rate.
You're doing more for mother earth by using condoms (contraception) and
helping to alleviate overpopulation than whatever effect it would have
by recycling the things.  Just be sure to dispose of them in a proper
receptacle rather than throwing them out the car window or flushing them
into the sewer systems or storm drains.
