This is the CELLULAR ECHOMail Conference and as
        such it is to be used to discuss mobile telephone
        service currently offered throughout the world.
        Discussion of Pagers and their technology is also allowed.
        Discussions on the technology, the interconnection with
        the Public Switched Telephone Network, and the growth of
        cellular are all germain to this ECHO.
   ***  Discussions of illegal activity are NOT allowed in this
        conference. Because of this, discussions of cloning of
        cellular phones is off topic. All such discussions should
        be taken NetMail. All discussions regarding "Listening" to
        cellualr conversations is also off topic.
        In addition, the discussion of all aspects of being a
        cellular customer are proper. These things can be a
        discussion of the various rates being offered by the
        carriers in your area, phone prices in your area, as well
        as service related problems like dead spots. Other
        related items are also welcome.
        Please remember, this ECHO is carried on the backbone and
        SOMEONE will be paying the telephone bill to send this ECHO
        around the country/world. Flames are unnecessary and should
        be sent NETMail. Non-Cellular topics should be taken to the
        appropriate ECHO or be taken NetMail.
