I have bought one of the rebuild kits from Mike, and am going to rebuild one 
of my power supplies.  I have just heard too many horror stories of bias 
capacitors failing and damaging rigs not to do it on my B Line twins.  I 
think it is a very good buy for the price.  Components and the board are of 
the highest quality.  No financial interest in Mike's company, just a 
satisfied customer.  HOWEVER, as Mike says in his kit instructions, if you 
are not very comfortable working with the high voltages encountered, don't 
start it, let Mike's company do it for you!!
