Replying to a message of TIM RICHARDSON to ALL: TR>> I cannot imagine under what logic someone like Al Franken would be TR>> left in office, were it to be shown he was put there by fraudulent TR>> voting. DD>> I recall no serious claims or charges that Franken's election was DD>> fraudulent. Long winded, dragged out past the point of reasonability DD>> by his opponent, yeah. But, I can't recall any responsible charges DD>> of voter fraud. TR> FOXNews.com - Felons Voting Illegally May Have Put Franken Over the TR> Top in Minnesota, Study Finds I wonder why 'they' automatically assume that a particular bloc of voters will *all* vote for the same candidate. I seriously doubt that *all* of the ineligible voters who voted (improperly if not illegally) in Minnesota cast ballots for Franken. A majority, maybe, but IMO such votes should be pretty evenly split; a significant organized effort to get ineligible people to vote illegally should have been detected at the time and the organizers prosecuted. --- FleetStreet 1.19+* Origin: Bob's Boneyard, Emerson, Iowa (1:300/3) SEEN-BY: 3/0 633/267 640/954 712/0 313 620 848 @PATH: 300/3 116/901 3634/12 123/500 261/38 712/848 633/267 |
