I wonder why 'they' automatically assume that a particular bloc of voters will *all*
vote for the same candidate.  I seriously doubt that *all* of the
ineligible voters who
voted (improperly if not illegally) in Minnesota cast ballots for Franken. 
A majority,
maybe, but IMO such votes should be pretty evenly split; a significant
organized effort
to get ineligible people to vote illegally should have been detected at the
time and the
organizers prosecuted.
