Hi Harry, I just bought a MFJ-1708 RF sensing transmit/receive
switch. I bought it to use with my Johnson Viking Ranger II or my other
radios so I can use one for receive and another for transmitting. I
have not used it yet but see no reason that it would not work for what
you want to do. You can check it out at MFJ's web site. I bought mine
at R & L I think, best price I could find.
