JP> Hello Mark, we were saying ! JP> Where you been ? picked up a paying gig and have had no time for much else... only come home to eat dinner, shower, and sleep a few times a week... i think i wanna "retire" again but that can be no fun, too ;) ML> you have to remember that the screen size in windows is graphical ML> dimensions not textual... you can also drag the frame borders to resize ML> the window, IIRC... JP> Yes, I knew this but why the BWAVE screen is not the .75 JP> ratio height to width is what surprised me. right... the pane sizes will jump about depending on the available fonts for the DOS tasks... i do not think you can install more... they are all pretty different... it may be possible that one can use true type fonts... my w98se system can based on a setting in the properties tab for that particular icon/task... i generally leave it on AUTO and set the size by dragging... IIRC, AUTO will remember the size for the next time you use that task... i don't remember what the normal 80x25 font size is but you can see all the available ones in that properties section for the icon/task... i'm thinking 8x12 but would have to dig back into some old programming code to know for sure... )\/(ark* Origin: (1:3634/12) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 5030/786 @PATH: 3634/12 106/2000 633/267 |
