If you have InterNet access, you can get them from our FTP site.
FTP  europa.com
Login as  anonymous  and use your E-Mail address as the password.
Once logged in, then:
cd /outgoing/telemate         <-- for Telemate files
cd /outgoing/telemate/util    <-- for Telemate Utility files
Note that Unix is case sensitive; before you start the transfer, be
sure to issue the   bin   command to change the transfer to a binary
type transfer (required for non-text files).
