I'm not a lawyer either, but from the copywrite materials I have seen, GH's
comment about "unless you relinquished your copyright" is most true. If the
radio station's contract with you did not specifically state that they were
buying exclusive copyright, then the design is still yours.
From my understing of Copyright Law, there has to be an explicit tangible
contract that specifically mentions transfer of copyright ownership before
someone can claim that it is now theirs. In otherwords, just because they
paid
you to design it, does not mean that they own the copyright.
