Yes, and as of the end of the month, they are changing to per second billing.

Local calls. (less than 50km) 07:00 - 19:00 0.55c a second
                              19:00 - 07:00 0.21c a second
Long Distance                 07:00 - 19:00 1.47c a second
                              19:00 - 07:00 0.733c a second

Oh, well, just to make life interesting there is now a "fault" on
the line.
