Hello Delopers!
The bug or what is is in the latest Stable release is that it work by fine
by scanning and pack opus fido style -b msg areas as /msgb/netmail when tit
is empty og .msg files, but when there first is .msg files in ot couldn't
open directory.
I have tried this here:
Netmailarea netmail /msgb/netmail -b Squish
Metmailarea netmailE /msgb/netmE -b Jam
Netmailarea netm /msgb/netm -b msg
cd bin
./tparser > fido.log
(nothing of errors )
then move dir /netm to another place and make a new empty /netm
then run ./hpt pack and ./hpt toss
hpt scanned all areas of netmail,
started msged up and it saw all netmail area
them moved the files from the moved /netm to /msgb/netm and scanned and
pack with hpt again
now say pt -> Couldn't open netmailarea netm
then started msged up and it saw the netmai area and the msgs in it
I then try by msged move the msg in netm to other Squish netmail area and
it worked then (some of the msg just moved)
then got out of msged and run ./hpt pack again the area netmail was scanned
fine but not netm
then i setup all netmail in Golded+ and strted this up and move all msg
from area netmail to netmailE fine so far.
go out from golded and again ./hpt pack run
now got all fine and then I try to start up msged and see the netmail area
and the msgs
moved some of them from ara netmailE to netm style -b msg and out of msged again
try run ./hpt pack and result was
couldn't open netmailare netm.
That not fine and good for me as if my system only will work for hpt with
either Squish and Jam style netmail, I have to have a netmailarea as msg
style directory as i use makenl the seem to only put msgs in netmailarea
style msg.
Take care,
Gert
