That sounds like a worn Oil Pump not building the pressure fast enough.
A short period of noise is normal but a Full minute or so seems too
long to me unless the temperature is really cold. If that is the case
try 0-20 sybnthetic oil at next change. And of course when the weather
warms up change back to the 10-30.
