 Actually, I was not using it as a requirement for citizenship. I
 wanted to require it period. If you live in this country you
 serve.

 I want a Swiss style military reserve. Everyone gets training
 and is in the reserves. I am not considering service as a good
 experience or a good thing to do, but the necessity of national
 defense.

 I want everyone prepared to defend this country if necessary. To
 share in the defense of the country.

 Worthiness is not my concern. Defense of the country is my
 point. And I want everyone who lives here invested in any war,
 even if only on the possibility they may have to go. Or, if they
 are citizens, they vote knowing their children may have to go.

 We have too many people in this country who look at the all
 volunteer army as a mercenary army and don't want to pay for the
 care they need when they are hurt or support their families when
 they get killed, or provide therapy for PTSD.

 I want every singe voter invested, either for themselves or
 their family.

 And I alway remember, even as powerful as this country is, there
 is no guarantee that you won't have to defend it on your own
 home town soil. Bermuda may invade us tomorrow.
