I must have missed capturing the March 7 posting, but have
one of Dan's rules postings available, both to users of my
system who read the echo for the first time, and for new
downlinks, if they link up to the echo the rules are
automatically sent.

I note that you've restated a few things a bit differently
than Dan's rules posting, but otherwise, essentially the
spirit is the same.  SHould I supplant those with the post
to which I'm replying?
