John,
Are you trying to figure your mirror with your
machine? I would not think so but from what your photos have shown , you
have moved some glass around big time. Slow down a bit and
smell the pitch. Get that lap and mirror off the machine and figure that
mirror. From the last photo it
looks like your a spherically close enough (wow spherically close ??) If
you leave it on the machine
I fear it will change too fast. Take real slow steps and do the Parob.
stroke by hand. The last Photo
looked good enough to figure.. Advise from a novice, a dedicated
novice,.....
