I can get sort of creative with the quantities...and with what goes in. I 
mix according to the receipt and just throw in things from there. About the 
only things that I don't consider putting in are vitamins and pellets. I do 
not put these in because heat deminishes the value of vitamins.
I just got in from the AFA convention and Kim Joyner talked a bit on the 
motza 
balls that they make up to feed the parrots they they have captive. If you 
are 
interested I will try and get it off the tape.
