companies, the cells start out bigger and then as customers are added the
cells are divided smaller and smaller.

They are distinct and different companies. There are gonig to be 2 PCS
companies in each market eventually giving the public 4 "wireless" companies
to choose from. The 2 existing cellular companies and the 2 new PCS
mpanies.
